We ask an AI assistant the questions your customers ask, live, and record whether you were named, where you appeared and which pages it cited. Each run uses Claude with live web search, fired across six to seven different customer questions, because one question is noise and a spread is a signal. Your report lists every question and the answer it got. No assistant publishes a ranking API, so this is one observed test of live AI retrieval, not a prediction of what any other assistant will say.
