Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Tegora LLC (“Tegora,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website and the APEX service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information you give us

Checkout details: your name, email address, telephone number, business name, and industry, submitted before you are sent to our payment processor.
Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. Tegora never receives or stores your full card number. We receive only a confirmation of payment and limited billing metadata such as the last four digits and the outcome of the charge.
Onboarding and account information: details about your business, service area, and offers, plus credentials or delegated access you grant us to platforms such as Meta Business Manager or Google Business Profile.
Correspondence: emails, messages, and notes from calls with your strategist.

2. Information collected automatically

When you visit this site we may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed. This site loads resources from Google Fonts and a content delivery network, and is hosted on Cloudflare, each of which may process your IP address in order to serve the page.

3. Your customers’ information

If you become a client, our systems process information about your leads and customers — names, phone numbers, email addresses, call recordings and transcripts, messages, and appointment details. We handle that information on your behalf and only to operate the service you have engaged us for. We do not sell it and do not use it to market to your customers on our own behalf. You remain responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and for your own privacy disclosures to your customers.

4. How we use information

To deliver, operate, and support the APEX service;
To process payments and administer your subscription;
To communicate with you about your account, onboarding, and results;
To build, run, and improve your advertising campaigns and automations;
To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations;
To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.

If you submit your details but do not complete checkout, we may contact you about completing your purchase. You can ask us to stop at any time.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

Stripe — payment processing;
Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery;
Meta and Google — advertising and search services operated for you;
CRM, telephony, email, and AI providers — to run the dashboard, receptionist, and messaging automations;
Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Text messages (SMS)

If you choose to receive text messages from Tegora, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent: the date, the time and the page where you opted in. We use them only to send the messages you asked for, such as replies to your enquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and notices about your account and services.

We do not share, sell or rent your mobile number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. The only exception is the messaging provider that delivers our texts (Twilio), which processes your number solely to deliver them.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or email andrew@tegora.ai. Message and data rates may apply. See section 10 of our Terms of Service for the full terms of our text messaging program.

7. Cookies and advertising pixels

Most pages on this site set no advertising or tracking cookies of their own. Third-party resources a page loads may set cookies or use similar technologies. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings.

The Meta pixel on our AI Visibility Score page. Our free score page at tegora.ai/score is built to load the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel, and is the only page on this site that is. It is controlled by a single setting, so it is either on for that page or off everywhere; when it is off, nothing is requested from Meta and no Meta cookie is set. This section describes what happens while it is on.

What it collects. That a browser opened the page, and that it requested a score report. It records the page address, the referring address, your IP address, your browser and device type, and the Meta cookies already in your browser. When you request a report we also send Meta a one-way scrambled (SHA‑256 hashed) copy of your email address, so Meta can tell whether you already have an account with them. We never send Meta your email address in readable form, your business name, your website, or any part of your score or report.
Why. To count how many people who saw one of our ads went on to run a score, and to show our ads to people who started a score and did not finish. That is advertising measurement and retargeting, not profiling for any other purpose.
How to opt out. Turn off Activity off Meta technologies in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or disconnect this site there. You can also block the pixel with a browser content blocker, or with the browser setting that blocks third-party cookies — the score itself works either way. In the US you can opt out of this kind of ad tracking at optout.aboutads.info.
Who else gets it. Only Meta, as our advertising provider. We do not sell this data.

If we add a pixel to any other page, or from any other advertising provider, this policy is updated before it goes live.

8. Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your subscription is active and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations — generally seven years for financial records. Operational data such as call transcripts and lead records is retained while your account is active and deleted on request after cancellation, subject to those obligations.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email andrew@tegora.ai. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

11. Children

APEX is a service for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change, and material changes will be communicated to the email on your account.
