Plumbing marketing

The plumber who answersgets the job.

Tegora runs plumbing marketing for owner-run plumbing companies doing $20K to $80K a month with a crew. We install and run the system that answers every call while your hands are under a sink, books the job, chases the bigger quotes, and gets you found when a pipe bursts at 9 PM.

Where plumbing jobs slip away

Emergencies don't wait

A burst pipe calls three plumbers and books the first one who picks up. If you are mid-job, that is not you.

The big quotes slip

Water heaters, repipes and sewer lines are where the margin is. Those quotes need a follow-up, and nobody has time to send it.

Lead sites keep raising the price

You pay per lead to sites that sell the same lead to four other plumbers. Your own Google presence should be bringing those calls in directly.

What Tegora runs for plumbers

Every call and form answered

The AI receptionist answers in under a minute, day or night, checks the job is one you do in your area, and books it on your calendar. You get a short summary.

Every quote followed up

Open estimates get a text, an email and a call at the right moments until the customer answers. Every touch is logged, so nothing depends on memory.

Found where people look

Your Google profile, a page for each service and town, and the answers ChatGPT and Google's AI give when someone asks for a plumbing company near them.

Your business on one screen

Calls, leads, quotes and booked jobs by source, every Monday, so you know which money is working. One 45-minute call a month to pick the top three fixes.

How it works

3 DAYS

See it

Your business on one screen for the first time, with the three places jobs leak and a dollar figure on each.

14 DAYS

Install it

Your site rebuilt to turn visitors into calls, Google and AI visibility fixes started, and every lead answered in under a minute.

EVERY MONTH

Run it

The screen shows what moved, we fix the top three things, and the system checks itself in between.

Is it a fit?

A handful of water heater and repipe jobs a month usually covers the fee several times over. The test we use: a few extra jobs a month should be worth at least three times what you pay. It fits owner-run plumbers doing roughly $20K to $80K a month, with room on the schedule for more work.

Questions

Can it tell an emergency from a routine job?

Yes. It asks what is happening, books routine work on your calendar, and sends anything urgent straight to you or your on-call plumber.

Where do you work?

Tegora is based in Olney, Maryland and works with businesses across Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. The system runs remotely, so if you are somewhere else, ask.

How long does setup take?

The install takes 14 days from your first call. You spend about 30 minutes on an intake; the rest is on us.

Am I locked into a long contract?

The first 90 days cover the install and your first two monthly sprints. After that it is month to month.

Who owns the website and data?

You do: the site, the domain, your Google profile and every lead. Tegora runs the system on top of them, and you keep all of it if you leave.
